VietFund Management (VFM) is pleased to inform the Annual General Meeting Of Financial Year 2016 of Vietnam Bond Fund (VFMVFB) as follows:

1. Meeting format: Vote by written consent.
2. Time for mailing: 17/03/2017.
3. Time for comments: From 18/03/2017 until 17:30pm, 27/03/2017.
4. Time for consolidating vote result: From 28/03/2017 until 31/03/2017.
5. Mailing address: VietFund Management, #1701-04, 17^th Floor, Melinh Point Tower, 2 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.
6. Condition of participaints: All investors in the database recorded at 24/02/2017.
7. Content of voting issues:
   – Fund’s performance in 2016.
   – Fund’s Audited Financial Statements in 2016.
   – Supervisory report from Custodian bank in 2016.
   – BOR activities in 2016.
   – Dividend and distribution of Fund for 2016.
   – Fund’s operation plan in 2017.
   – Fund’s Auditor selection in 2017.
   – Operation budget for BOR in 2017.
   – Fund’s Charter amendments.

8. Others:
   – AGM 2016 Agenda and Voting note to be sent to investors by mail.
   – AGM 2016 Documents can be found at VFM’s website www.vfm.com.vn.
   – All the reponse shall be sent back to VFM by post before 17:30pm, 27/03/2017 at the following address: VietFund Management (VFM), Unit 1701-04,17^th Floor, Melinh Point Tower, 2 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, HCMC, Viet Nam.
